Terms Of Service

01 Service Overview
Fireply provides a 24/7 fully managed AI Agent for X (formerly Twitter). The agent autonomously engages with targeted accounts on behalf of the client, posting high-quality, contextual replies that reflect the client's brand voice, tone, and domain expertise.
Replies are generated using real-time market data, full post context (including images), and a custom knowledge base tailored to each client.
The service is delivered exclusively through X's contributor access system. No passwords or login credentials are ever requested or shared.
Plans are billed based on the agreed reply volume. Available plans and pricing are listed at fireply.ai.
02 Free Trial
New clients receive 40 free replies per X account to try the service at no cost. If the client subscribes to a paid plan, these 40 free trial replies are added as bonus volume to the first monthly reply limit.
03 Subscription Plans
Monthly Subscription: Paid upfront and automatically renews every month.
Yearly Subscription: Billed annually upfront with a 20% discount compared to the equivalent monthly pricing. Renews every 12 months.
All subscriptions are prepaid and based on the selected reply volume.
04 Onboarding & Activation
Service execution begins within minutes of granting contributor access to the X account. During onboarding, the following steps need to be completed by both parties:
- Fireply provides a dedicated account to be added as a contributor on the client's X profile. The agent operates exclusively through this contributor account.
- The Client grants access to their X account via contributor role — no passwords or login credentials are required or requested.
- The Client selects the tonality of their replies.
- The Client selects a list of accounts to reply to, provides their own list of accounts, or targets specific keywords.
- Fireply launches the service.
05 Delivery Guarantee
Fireply guarantees full delivery of the agreed reply volume within each billing cycle (one calendar month for monthly subscriptions).
Daily reply counts may vary. In particular, reply volume may be lower during weekends and during the initial days of a new campaign. This is intentional — gradual ramp-up protects the client's account health and aligns with how X's algorithm rewards natural engagement growth.
Regardless of daily fluctuations, the total number of replies specified in the client's plan will be delivered in full by the end of each billing cycle — unless delivery is prevented by factors outside Fireply's control.
Such factors include, but are not limited to, X (the platform) being down, degraded, rate-limiting, or changing its rules or systems; the client's account being restricted, suspended, or shadowbanned; loss of contributor access; or other third-party outages and force-majeure events. Replies that cannot be delivered for these reasons fall outside the delivery guarantee.
06 Account Safety & Access
Fireply operates through X's native contributor access system only. The client retains full ownership and control of their account at all times. No passwords, authentication tokens, or direct login credentials are ever requested or shared.
The agent infrastructure is built to closely mirror natural engagement patterns. To date, no client account managed by Fireply has experienced any negative platform impact. As with any third-party platform, X may update its policies at its own discretion, which is outside Fireply's control.
The client may revoke contributor access at any time, which will immediately halt agent activity.
07 Payment Terms
All plans are prepaid. Payment is due before the start of each service cycle. The service cycle begins upon receipt of payment and confirmation of contributor access.
Accepted payment methods are displayed within the Fireply dashboard. Pricing is in USD unless otherwise agreed.
08 Cancellation & Refund Policy
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through the Fireply dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle. If the subscription is cancelled, no refund is given for any portion of the current cycle.
Due to the nature of the service — which includes dedicated setup, agent configuration, voice training, target audience research, and infrastructure provisioning — no refunds are issued for early termination once the service cycle has begun. This applies regardless of when during the billing cycle the client decides to discontinue.
If the service cannot be delivered due to an unexpected issue on Fireply's side (technical failure, platform-level disruption, or any event preventing delivery of the agreed volume), a full refund will be issued for the affected billing cycle.
09 Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all details of the engagement confidential. This includes pricing, internal configurations, brand materials, target lists, and any proprietary information exchanged during the service.
Neither party will disclose the existence or specifics of the arrangement to third parties unless mutually agreed upon in writing.
10 Content Ownership & Responsibility
All replies posted by the Fireply agent belong to the client. The client is the author and owner of every reply, and Fireply claims no intellectual property rights over generated content.
Replies are generated from a persona that the client defines during onboarding and can review and edit at any time. Because the client controls this persona — and therefore the voice, opinions, and substance of the output — the client is solely responsible for the replies posted to their account. Fireply is not responsible or liable for the content of any individual reply, including a reply that is inaccurate, off-brand, or otherwise objectionable.
The persona is free-form and authored entirely by the client. It may contain instructions that direct the agent to promote products or services, include links or URLs, mention or tag other accounts, use particular wording or hashtags, or otherwise shape what the agent posts. The agent acts on the persona as written — Fireply does not vet, edit, or approve these instructions and cannot control their effect.
Such instructions — promotional content, links, repeated phrasing, or persona-directed engagement in particular — can trigger enforcement by X, including shadowbans, reduced reach or visibility, rate limits, feature or label restrictions and etc. Because the client defines and controls the persona, the client assumes full responsibility and liability for it and for any consequences arising from it. Fireply is not responsible or liable for shadowbans, restrictions, reduced reach, suspensions, or other platform actions resulting from the client's persona or the instructions it contains.
While the agent is designed to produce accurate, contextual, and brand-appropriate replies, Fireply does not guarantee that every individual reply will be factually accurate or align perfectly with the client's expectations. The client is encouraged to review agent output and adjust the persona, tone, style, or targeting at any time.
To reduce the risk of engaging with inappropriate or harmful posts, Fireply automatically filters the posts the agent replies to. The agent will not reply to content it identifies as falling into the following categories:
- Commercial spam — advertisements and sponsored content, giveaways, airdrops and contests, token or coin shills, referral and reply-farming bait, paid signal or “VIP” group promotion, and pure self-promotion.
- Sensitive or tragic content — death, harm, serious illness, disasters, suicide or self-harm, memorials and commemorations, and active-conflict commentary that would require taking a side.
- Identity and politics — demeaning generalizations based on race, religion, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexuality, or disability; partisan political-personality content; and election-integrity, immigration, or religious-doctrine disputes.
- NSFW and graphic — sexual or explicit content, and graphic gore or violence.
This filtering is automated and best-effort: it reduces, but does not eliminate, the possibility of an undesired reply, and it does not shift responsibility for posted content away from the client.
11 Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content
The client is solely responsible for the persona, rules, target accounts, keywords, and any other configuration that shapes what the agent generates and posts. The client agrees not to configure, instruct, or otherwise use the service to create, generate, or post any content that is unlawful, harmful, or that violates X's rules — including, but not limited to:
- Hateful speech — slurs, dehumanizing language, or content that attacks or incites hatred or violence against a person or group.
- Discrimination — demeaning generalizations or harassment based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
- Political shilling — partisan campaigning, coordinated political influence, paid or astroturfed political messaging, election or voter manipulation, and state-sponsored propaganda.
- Harassment and threats — bullying, intimidation, stalking, doxxing, or targeted abuse of any individual or group.
- Violence and extremism — incitement, glorification, or promotion of violence, terrorism, violent extremism, or self-harm and suicide.
- Sexual and graphic content — pornographic, sexually explicit, or NSFW material; graphic gore; and any sexualization of minors, which is strictly prohibited and reported to the authorities.
- Deception and misinformation — fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation, malware or malicious links, and knowingly false or misleading claims about health, finance, elections, or public safety.
- Financial manipulation — pump-and-dump, market manipulation, Ponzi or pyramid schemes, fake giveaways or airdrops, unlicensed investment advice, and deceptive promotion of tokens, securities, or other assets.
- Platform abuse — spam, artificial amplification, inauthentic or coordinated behavior, and anything that violates X's spam or platform-manipulation policies.
- Infringement — content that violates the intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party, or that is otherwise illegal under applicable law.
- Harm to Fireply — any content or use that could damage, disrupt, or jeopardize Fireply's contributor accounts, infrastructure, reputation, or standing with X or other parties, or that could expose Fireply to suspension, legal liability, or regulatory action.
The client assumes full responsibility and liability for all content generated or posted under their configuration and agrees to indemnify and hold Fireply harmless from any claim, loss, damage, or expense arising from a violation of this section. Fireply may, at its sole discretion and without notice or refund, filter or refuse content, suspend or terminate the service, and revoke access for any client who violates — or whom Fireply reasonably believes has violated — this Acceptable Use policy.
12 Modifications & Communication
The client may apply changes to agent configuration at any time, including adjustments to voice, tone, target accounts, reply style, or working hours. Reasonable modifications are included in the service at no additional cost.
All communication regarding the service is handled via email or direct messaging. Fireply aims to respond to client inquiries within 24 hours.
13 Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at the end of any billing cycle by providing written notice. There is no minimum commitment period beyond the current paid cycle.
Upon termination, Fireply will remove contributor access, cease all agent activity, and delete any stored brand materials within 7 days unless the client requests otherwise.
14 Limitation of Liability
Fireply provides the service on an “as-is” basis. While the service is designed to increase engagement and visibility, specific results (follower counts, impression numbers, engagement rates) are not guaranteed, as they depend on factors outside Fireply's control including X's algorithms, market conditions, and audience behavior.
Fireply is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the service, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost followers, reduced reach or visibility, shadowbans, account restrictions or suspensions, reputational impact, or missed business opportunities. Fireply's total liability under this agreement is strictly limited to the amount paid by the client for the current billing cycle.
15 Platform Dependency
The service operates on X (formerly Twitter) and is subject to X's terms of service and platform changes. If X introduces changes that materially impact service delivery, Fireply will notify the client promptly and, if delivery becomes impossible, issue a prorated refund for the remaining period.
